Welcome! Signups are open now!
The Zephyr x Blueshell LAN party is almost upon us!
This legendary event is organized by both ESEV Zephyr from Eindhoven and Blueshell Esports from Twente. We have put our combined efforts into giving you three days full of fun events and exciting tournaments in a ton of different games.
This page will contain allthe information you need concerning this epic event.
The LAN will be held at the Student Sport Centre Eindhoven (SSCE),
Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat 1
5612 AW Eindhoven
Hall 2
For Blueshell members, a van will be arranged to bring your setups here if you can’t bring them yourself, check with your board about this.
Timetable
The Zephyr LAN-party will be held from
Friday 28-04-2023 at 15:00 until Sunday 30-04-2023 at 15:00
Walk in will be from 15:00 until 17:00 on Friday. At 17:00 the LAN will be opened officially, so make sure you are there then! On Sunday, the award ceremony and cleanup will start at 14:00, and clean-up will start in earnest at 15:00.
Participants
We encourage you to bring your own setups as much as possible, however sometimes bringing your laptop is just much easier. But what if you want to participate in a CS:GO tournament or similar game? Not to worry, we have 10 PCs here that will be available for use during tournaments so you can participate without being limited by your hardware.
Note that these PCs don’t have Bluetooth, so bring a wired headset! And you will not get a PC for the entire LAN!! They will be used for the ongoing tournaments only.

During the event there are of course rules that have to be respected. Please consult the rules in the rules tab.

There are toilets and showers in the SSCE which are available to use during the event. The showers can be found in the changing rooms accessible during SSCE opening times. If you want to have any alcoholic drinks, They need to be purchased at the bar when it is open, please note that it is not allowed to bring any glass into the LAN hall itself.
Sleeping possibilities
The hall will be separated to have a LAN and a sleeping area by a big curtain. During the night the organized activities will be taking this into account, but please note that you will still be sleeping in the same hall, which will not be silent and can still be distracting at most times.
Accessibility
You can access the SSCE via the Tu/e campus, the backdoor is not available this year!!
Once you reach the SSCE gate on campus, see the red circle, you can unload your things and we’ll have a pulley or something ready to bring your stuff to the front door. From there it’s only a couple of steps to hall 2.
The Tu/e has half an hour of free parking, so the place to put your car after unloading would be the Onze Lieve Vrouwenstraat behind the SSCE, see the orange line. From there, you can easily come back to the SSCE on foot, see the purple arrow.
